Default Good 3 inch lift with bumper and winch?

Anyone have good ideas for a 3 inch lift? I was thinking just springs and shocks, and I was also thinking about adding a platinum bumper with a winch, if anyone has good options for bumpers or lifts let me know!

First how much wheeling have you done and on what sort of trails?
Second, why a 3" lift, do you know what is involved as to garage clearance issues, additional top heaviness and more brake issues.
What size tires are yo thinking about going to and have you started looking at the different lift packages pin the market?

Terrafirma HD seems to be the go-to. RTE make a really good spring set, end users note an increase of a little over 3".

I have done some rock crawling, mudding, snow, sand and long distance trails. I plan on making this rig a long distance one but I still don't know yet. I already have a 2 inch spacer lift between the springs and axles, and I want something better. I would be fine not being able to fit in garages and such, I already have 33 inch all terrains put on so I'll keep those, and I have been looking but I just want to get opinions on what is the best.

If you are running 2" spacers on your old coils and shocks, that is something not worth keeping cause you coils and shocks, if original, are long since shot. We should talk.

Ya, that is why i was trying to get opinions on a new suspension upgrade, it would be nice to have a nice setup.
