Attach a clear tube to the bleed screw on the caliper..
It will be on top of the caliper, inboard, with a little rubber stopper on it if its never been done before.

and like spike said the best way it to have her press on the brake, you loosen and then tighten again when she gets to the floor..
tighten before she lets the brake pedal up..

Doing it this way will take "A Long Time"...
I cheat and when the clear tube is basicly full of fluid (place the end of the tube in a 1/2 gallon milk jug to contain the old fluid) I loosen the screw and let her just go to town pumping the brakes.. fluid will keep coming out and as long as you dont loosen the screw too much, (letting air past the threads of the nipple) and you keep adding fluid, and the clear tubing is tight on the nipple, you shouldnt draw any air into the system.. Make sure to use the correct fluid.. DOT 4 is what is specified in the manual.. Get 2 quart bottles of the stuff.. You will use all of it.. I did.

Do the longest line to the shortest line..
Passenger Rear
Driver Rear
Passenger Front
Driver Front

I recomend you block the wheels that you are not working on as you go..
And get some "Noise Reducing Spray" to spray on the hub and wheel before you put it back on..
I didnt know about this when I did mine, I didnt even know this product existed
When I took my wheels off I noticed that there was some sort of film between the wheel and the hub,
and figured out later that this is what it was..

Magnacores came in today. Can't wait to put them on this afternoon!

***UPDATE*** Just want to give an update on the situation in case anyone reads this down the road (I hate when people fix their problem and no one knows how because they never update their post). I finished the 120K service and could tell a little difference in how the disco was driving, but my starting problem didn't go away. I decided to test my fuel pressure just to rule that out as my starting problem. I picked up a pressure tester for about $45 bucks from the local auto parts store, came home, hooked it to the schrader valve on the fuel rail, and found out I was only getting about 20 psi before startup and about 27 while it was running.

Since the pressure regulators don't seem to go out as much as the pumps, I forked over the cash and bought another pump. After changing it out, the truck is starting great and I'm getting my 37 psi in the fuel line. Looks like my starting issues stemmed from a fading fuel pump.
