mike, on the rear doors there is a little metal toggle switch. it happens to sit flush against the rubber seal of the door when closed. well from what i can see the driver side rear door has not had a issue, but the passenger side door has had its toggle in the up position for who knows how long, and has seemed to indent the rubber enough to let wind and noise in.

at least thats what i think,,,

You are talking about the Child Saftey lock latch.
You can rebuild the seal to limit the air flow.

yeah the kiddie locks,

since i dont have kids i was looking at the best way to seal that area. the rubber is all in great shape, just the passenger side is creased fairly deep.

i only noticed it because i was driving on a wet road and wet roads are more audible, so i was looking all over frantically trying to figure out where air was coming in.
