Anyone used expanding foam to fix A pillar leaks 2003 Disco
well my 2003 Disco is now minus my headliner... A pillar leak and can hear air loud coming through.. ive tried to seal a few areas and its helping but will do more... question is... all that void space unused up in that area.. could one use expanding waterproof urethane foam to seal that up? seems a little in there were we cant see cant harm anything... my headliner isnt super solid like I see on all the videos so i may add a little support areas of fiberglass on the top.. not much just my front half wanted to fold over...
I don't think that foam would be water tight. I have used flexseal FlexShot on A pillars and Sunroofs and it works pretty good.

yeah maybe ill look there.. however it would only be very very lite on the side just so it doesn't try something funny.. nothing on the top.. i really am considering a sunroof but only the skylight ones that dont leak not the contraption landy made that requires more repairs later lol
