Default Is anyone using Bora spacers?

Is anyone using Bora wheel spacers (both hub and wheel centric, according to their site)? I am thinking about a set of 4 50mm spacers (back for looks and front for turning radius with slightly wide tires I already have). I have adjusted my steering stops to avoid rubbing the radius arms, but I would like to have my full turning radius back.

I don't tow much with my Rover (small trailer, 16', occasional use, to Home Depot and back) and don't offroad or otherwise disconnect my sway bars.

If so, are you happy with them?

Anyone using 50mm spacers of any brand?

Best,

Charlie V

For anyone reading I got the Bora spacers in, 2". I think it makes a very small difference in the ride quality, makes it feel much more stable, and gives me back my full turning radius (on 3" lift with 275/65/16s). The bad news is that it brings the tire to about 5/8s" from the fender arch when I turn and my guess is that if I hit a serious bump in a turn it is going to rub. Sigh.

What other sizes are you all using?
I am looking at doing this on my 3inch lifted D2

i'm wearing bora also. just wanted my turn radius back. got that, but really can't, personally, speak for any notice of change of stability.

My only gripe is that it took more than a month to get them and I hadn't anticipated such a wait. But when I called, someone answered the phone and gave me the exact status and date of delivery. They apparently make them to order and, if you want black, are at the mercy of the anodizing shop.

I've never had spacers before. I chose these because they were both hub and wheel centric. I can attest that they are a very snug fit on the hub. Yesterday I drove 5 hours and nary a wobble.

With narrower or smaller tires the 2" might be fine but, as I said above, they are overkill for my setup.

Just an update. I have continued to drive with these spacers and have had no issues other than the rubbing of my plastic fender liner. This is a good product and does exactly what it says. Just be aware that if you put tires on that are too tall and wide (like mine), the spacer can cause rubbing when you turn and restrict tucking.
