ARB Lift 1.5" = 2" ?

ARB Lift 1.5" = 2" ?
Searching on the web I have found mostly references to Discovery 2 lifts that provide 2" of lift over factory and yet going to the ARB USA site shows the lifts to only be 1.5".
So what's the deal. Does the ARB 1.5" lift actually result in a 2" lift with room for sag over time?
Are all those 2" lifts mentioned online created by rummaging through the ARB stock of springs to build your own adventure to get 2" of lift?
