Hello folks, well i am going to be picking up a used ARB sahara winch bumper. for a decent price. The bumper will need to be refinished so i plan to get it sand blasted and then etched primed out first. Now for the coating of it, I want to use Raptor liner But I am not sure if the aerosol cans going to be worth the cost or just a kit? The cans cover 14 square feet per can and not sure if two will do the job? Advise??

Have you looked into powder coating?

For a bumper, nothing to special is usually required. A lot of bed liners like to be applied directly to bare metal, so double check that first.

Last bumper I built I just used cheapo cans of spray bed liner directly to metal. It's been holding up good.
