I was just wandering if anyone has any knowledge of this operation and how feasable it is (is it), the vehicle in question is a 1995 auto 2.5 diesel.

Most likely more work than you expect. I've thought about doing something like this one far offday. (Auto to 5spd conv of an RRC or P38, using a 5spd disco as a partsdoner vehicle) I expect it to be a long and arduous project with many hidden snags, yet "feasable".

If you can find one with a 5 spd already in it that would be a much moresimple route, even if it seems like it would cost you more. I'm sure it's quite feasable, justdepends how much time and money you want to spend.If you're in the UK I'd think there ought to be a few 5 spd Disco's around?
