Default Automatic gearbox position switch wiring

Hello! I'm from Hungary and I have a little problem with Discovery 2 V8 with ZF4HP22
The automatic gearbox is in limp mode, the warning light is illumination.
Only one fault code in the gearbox ecu, the position switch (XYZ switch). I change the switch (0501 209 718, not new, it used but i think is good.)
, but the failure is not solved, the fault code is same, and i can't delete it. Does anyone have a wiring diagram? I would be especially interested in the body point and the power supply, i dont know where does it get the +12V.
I thank you in advance for many help, and sorry for my bad english.

I haven't replaced mine. Have you downloaded the RAVE manual?

Thanky you for your help. I have the same description, but not in rave, it's in oldschool technical workshop book
But when i read i still have a few question. What color wire does the 12V come from transmission ecu to switch? Where is the switch ground? Thats why i need the wiring diagram

You want the ETM for wiring info. Rave is repair. Either way, you should get them both if you plan on keeping the truck. Here are the relevant wiring pages from the ETM. Good Luck!

Here is a link to download the DII Electrical Circuit Diagrams (2000 model year).
And here is a link to the Electrical Library.

Thank you very much everyone for your help, you are great people!!

I find the fault,(but...) the gearbox selector switch is working good, but it doesnt get common 12V from the BCU (brown-pink C0675-8). I connect random ignition 12V cable to this brown pink cable, and the gearbox working fine, the gearbox ecu does not store fault code, and the gearbox is change gear perfectly.
BUT ....
The dashboard display (P,R,N,D ect..) doesnt working and the lamp (automatic gearbox selector indicator) same doesnt working
I check the gearbox ecu live data with diagnostic box and i see the gearbox switch working fine.

I think the BCU is dead, but i quite unsure, because everything else working fine, and doesnt get fault code.

Anyone have any ideas? I slowly start to give up...

Did you trace the wire from the switch to the BCU (TCU??) to make sure it's not a wire problem?

Hang on, before you blame the BCU have you tried adjusting the positioning of the XYZ switch on the shaft?
