Default Axle not centered after 2” lift. Adjustable panhard bar needed?

Put a 2” lift on my D2. When I went to put on my 255/70r18 tires (which should fit after extensive research) I come to find the passenger side hub sits a lot more forward than the driver side. The tire won’t fit the passenger side lower rear bumper while the driver side clears no problem.

will an adjustable panhard bar fix this and bring the axle in line with itself? See attached photo for dramatic reference. If so was also going to replace the steering dampener as well. Any thing else I should take care of?

Panhard wil locate the axle sideways, not front to back.

How are the bushes on the trailing/towing arms?

I’ll take a look at the bushings. Thanks for the suggestion. Leaning more toward my bumper being more tweaked than I thought. Might have to go aftermarket to solve this issue if the alignment checks out ok.

One of my trucks is like that because the PO banged into a snow bank on the right.
