Default Battery/Radio gremlin

Two months ago I purchased a 2003 Disco. Since then I have replaced the power steering pump, and rear brakes. Last week, the stock radio just quit working. Fast forward to today.... Battery was dead, but the radio turned on fine. I have disconnected the battery and have it on the bench charger to see if it will take charge. Thoughts?

very weird. Any other symptoms. Do you have air ride rear that was swapped to coils?

How old is the battery? Don't you think it need replacement? Once you have it charged, let us know if you can replicate the problem.

Sometimes my radio won't adjust the volume or turn on/off but a quick firm tap on the top near the tape area gets it working right again. You might want to try something similar the next time yours acts up, it could be a loose internal connection.
