2004 Discovery II. I just unbolted the bell housing from the transmission gear box (replacing a cracked bell housing). RAVE illustrates a gasket (intermediate plate gasket) between the two parts. Mine had no gasket...was it supposed to? Anybody else separated these two part before?

Problem solved, the gasket isn't between the bell housing and gear casing...it resides between intermediate plate and gear casing.
