Which is the best order?
Going to do engine flush and the oil change...
I use Mobil 1 syn 5W30 , after the engine clean since I'll be changing after 1500 miles would it be a problem using shell synthetic 5W30. It sells at BJs for a heck of a lot less than the Mobil 1. But am curious to know the importance of the first oil put in after the cleaning.
Next I will be doing the T-body and induction cleaning...
should the t-body and induction cleaning be done before or after oil change, or does it not matter?
With the t-body hose removed I figured I would replace the Air filter should this be done after induction cleaning or before?
Also, the 60,000 lists valvoline synthetic power steering fluid. I can't find it anywhere. Any problem putting in the regular valvoline P/S fluid?
How is the lucas added along this process. Immediately after sucking the reservoir out or at a later time. How much lucas should be used? I have read a few different amounts. Don't want to hurt the steering.
Thanks.
