need a new radiator. are they all the same? whats a good one/value?

Nissens 64313A Radiator.

 

I have only gone through one radiator change. The Nissens radiator replaced the factory radiator 4 years ago. No issues so far.

 

Nissens is excellent. It'll last you probably 10-15 years depending on where you live. Lightweight, aluminum core.

 

Ditto on Nissens. European made (Denmark, I believe) and very high quality at a reasonable price. I have one on my Disco and also on my Mercedes W140 daily driver. No reason to spend more on an OEM or resort to cheap Chinese garbage.

 

Nissens is excellent, but back when D2 radiators were 50.00 on Ebay I grabbed a few for inventory & they were identical to the OEM units I pulled out. Not a one came back with an issue & think they’re like 75-80.00 now.

Best radiator = one that isn’t clogged up or brittle!

 

Nissens, exact fit.

 

I got this one for my engine rebuild. Fit without issue. Time will tell whether it was a good buy or not.
