Default Better 02 Sensors?

Is there one brand that is better then another when it comes to 02 sensors?
The reason I ask is I got this car a few weeks ago with 2 new 02 sensors in the front after a few days I got a Code P0150 then I cleared it changed the air filter and inspected and cleaned the MAF then I got a Code P0154? after doing some reading I see you should change all four at the same time, does that mean the 2 fronts are trash now I mean there are less then 200 miles on them.
Also is there one brand better then another?

Default I defer to others, but those sensors are O.K.

Best to replace all at once, I think, but having said that, it's not like the previously installed sensors are going to be damaged. I'd be more concerned about cleaning of the MAF, as that can cause issues.

I would use the bosch oem sensors, I've tried aftermarket cheaper ones and they worked like crap!!!!!! There are some things on a rover that I would stick to only original parts like 02 sensors and MAF's.
