BG 44K or Seafoam
Huh, so you guys do recommend seafoam. I was pretty apprehensive to use it because my good sense told me any type of liquid being sucked into the intake is BAD....but maybe I'll give seafoam a shot.
Your truck will smoke like a cold diesel, but it will clean a lot of the crap out of the combustion chambers. I have done 2 treatments since I bought my truck, although, honestly, the new o2 sensors made more of a noticeable impact on the performance of the truck, and since they are new, I'm a little leery of running another treatment. The tips of the old o2's were completely black.
There are right and wrong ways to do an induction cleaning, send me your tele number and I'll walk you thru the right way.
One of the best things I have done on the truck, on my own is seafoam. Im not mechanically savy, but mike walked me right through it and it went over just fine. Did the cleaning, smoked the neighbors out, and the truck ran awesome. Tornado, I would highly suggest you give it a shot!
