Big Plans This Weekend (Need Advice!)
Alright everyone, need some screening and advice for everything I've got planned this weekend.
1. Coolant flush: Extinct's inline thermostat mod, refill with green coolant.
2. Replace valve cover gasket: (FEL-PRO, VS50789R).
3. Engine Oil change: 15W-40 Rotella T5 and Mobil 1-301 filter, new drain plug (British Parts Utah, LSF100040L) and washer (British Parts Utah, ALU1403L).
4. T-Case, front diff, and rear diff oil change: Vavoline 75W-90 Gear oil, new fill/drain plugs and O-rings. (British Parts Utah, TYB500120K & FTC5403BK).
5. Replace upper/lower ball joints and tie rod end: Upper (MOOG K500145), Lower (MOOG K500059), TRE (MOOG ES800783).
6. Replace Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve: Brass (WVE, 6P1129).
7. Replace front driveshaft U-joints: (ACDELCO, 45U0168).
8. New spark plugs (NGK Iridium IX, 3764).
9. Transmission fluid, filter, and drain plug: Valvoline MaxLife, Eurospace Trans Filter Kit (EU-RTC4653K). Also got new bolts and spacers just in case.
10. Replace air filter: Bosch (BS-LR027408).
Not necessarily in that order.
I know it's a lot but I'm fortunate enough to have a good mechanic friend with a fully loaded shop who offered to help/teach me. The plan is to get in by about 7, bring beer and pizza and work our asses off.
Mainly looking for any advice or tips going into this. I'm also planning to record as much as I can for future enthusiasts to use in their endeavors as well.
Any and all help/criticism/recommendations are welcome and appreciated. Thanks in advance!
If you have questions please feel free to PM me as well.

Good luck with those ball joints, they're a real PITA. Double check the centering ball on the double cardon joint in the front driveshaft. That's part of what causes them to fail.
Tcase fluid is also a pain to change. If I recall correctly you've got to remove the parking brake drum to get at the fill(?) plug.
