Default Blinker And lights laggy

A few days ago, it was about -10, and i let my disco set outside over night, when i drove it in the morning, the headlights wouldn't turn on and the blinkers wouldn't work, everything else worked great, the dash lights were fine. After about 5 blocks the headlights turned on, and eventually after 15-20 min of driving the blinkers started working, but took a long time to turn on after you hit the switch.

They've never completely stayed off before, however the blinkers have lagged. what problem do you think this is? its going to the land rover dealer tomorrow for the gear box, covered under warentee till 100k.

Its the switch. Very common on DII's for the wiper and light switches to act up.
A new switch will fix it.
