Default Blower Motor Works Intermittently

I have a 98 Land Rover Discovery and love it. I have gotten some great help on here and hope you can help me with this problem. I will be driving down the road with the a/c on (or heater) and the fan will just stop for a little bit then start right back up. I wiggled the switch but that didn't help :P I am pretty new to the Land of Land Rover. I am a Honda Certified Technician and am used to the little vehicles. Let me know of any ideas. My guess is resistor. I looked through the RAVE CD and I must be blind because I can not find anywhere that says how to test the blower motor resistor. Let me know somehting please.

D1 fan control fan switches are prone to failing, and or one of the resistors playing with you. Does it cut off at all speeds or just one?

It only cuts out somtimes when it is on high. Sound like the blower switch now? Mine only has front air so it would only have 1 resister right? Any idea?
