yeah that was my point..you had to put some time and money into the audi first before it was reliable...same thing with a $1,500 rover..going to take some time and money.

Glad to hear you're happy with it, I was hoping you would say, Give me $200 and come get it.

With some luck and tenacity, you should have a lot of fun ahead of you.

There are a lot of small recyclers around that you can find a lot of good steals at.

Well, I will get started this week and get the heads off. Watch for NOOB posts as I work my way through this thing.

I took the front bumper off last night and was digging the look. I'm into it.

before you start unbolting I would at least do a compression and cylinder leak down test.
