Default BPUtah Rear Driveshaft Rotoflex Conversion Issue and Alternatives

I bought a new rear driveshaft as well as the Rotoflex to 4-bolt flange conversion kit from British Parts of Utah:

Land Range Rover Discovery Genuine Rear Driveshaft Drive Shaft Conversion Kit FRC8387

It turned out that this is a BritPart driveshaft and kit.

I took it to a shop to do the work for me as I was just moving into a new home and do not have all of my tools with me. The shop reported the rear driveshaft has an alignment run-out of approximately 0.5" (i.e., the driveshaft is not straight and it is bent by around 0.5"). The effect is noticaeable with a throbbing vibration at 50 to 60 mph.

We took it to a driveline shop to straighten out the driveline and re-balance the driveshaft. No luck. The throbbing vibration is lessened, but still there.

I would like to go with a heavy duty rear drive-shaft (4-bolt flange) alternative. I recollect mention of Great Basin, Tom Woods, etc. Any recommendation from folks here who have made the conversion from the Rotoflex to the 4-bolt flange conversion as far as rear driveshaft is concerned?

Thanks in advance!

E-mail Paul Grant as he's probably got more shafts than Richard Roundtree

The problem is I haven't a clue which state he resides in
