Default Brake lights do not work...

I checked the bulbs-good, checked the fuse-good, checked the brake light switch-appears good. The tail lights, blinkers, headlights all work. Any ideas?

Mine was a poor connection in the bulb holders, gave me fits, I've got jumpseats in the way.

Did you remove the fuse & look at it? (mine looked good in the fuse panel with flashlight, but was blown.)

Did you check for 12v @ bulb socket?

luck,greg

order a new brake light switch and keep a spare in the truck. if it quits, you will be stuck.

Also, you can test the lights by putting jumper wires from your defrost onto the third brake light. The traces are all on your rear window. This will also get you out of park if you are stuck.
