Default brake lights - one stays on, the other doesn't work

What's the deal here? I went to get the truck inspected today, and failed because of my brake lights. One of them is always on (passenger side), and the other one does not come on at all. What could possibly be causing this? Thanks!

Ok, if your brake lights are on all the time it is probally your brake light switch is bad. Easy fix.

As for the other not working, check the bulbs. If that isint it then you need a new tail light assembly. www.roverlandparts.com for a good used one.
