Default Hose leaking coolant.

Good morning,

After arriving at work this morning I walked back out to the truck (99 d1 with 136000) to grab something and noticed coolant leaking out from under the truck. After opening the hood I found a hose with a pin sized hole in it spraying coolant. The hose comes off the block and runs into the cabin. My question is can I just replace the hose and refill with coolant? What else do I need to do? The last thing I want to do is blow a head gasket. Thanks so much in advance for any help!

Thanks so much! Do I need to bleed the system after I top it off? Also (stupid question) but how full should the coolant tank be? I can't see a fill line. Thanks again for the help!

You shouldnt need to bleed the cooling system, you wont lose that much coolant. Open the resovoir bottle and you will see a "X", coolant needs to cover that.
