In mucking around under the hood today I broke the brake booster vacuum hose right where it enters the intake plenum. I did *not* break the $$$ red ringed little plastic fitting. I was able to cut a coupla inches off the hose and re-insert it into the intake, but that plastic hose was super-brittle. I'd like to replace it.

I googled and found that there are two versions of the hose: one for SAI vehicles and one for non-SAI. The SAI hose is double the price.

My disco 2 (2000, USA, 4.0) had SAI once upon a time but it was removed. (Lots of empty space there now!) Can anyone tell me if the non-SAI hose will work? Kinda hard to tell from the pics. Same diam hose ? (Mine is 9mm) Same fitting at brake booster end?
