Oh man.
I would not want to modulate my ABS on dry roads.
That means I am about to wreck into someone.

It is even hard to get the brakes to respond fast enough to even lock them.
I have air in my brake system.

I always check the ABS in a gravel parking lot or on snow.
Or I go to low range and use hill decent.
That will always modulate even on dry pavement.

If the "Disco Two Step" works, you need to replace your brake hoses and flush the system. There are a couple of places that have stainless hosaes on sale now, i know BA is one.
