Default broke off gear shifter lever

So how hard of a job is it to replace the gear shifter and components? I accidently broke it off but am still able to drive it once I pulled the cover plate off.

I also had the rear window plastic piece break off and can't find this part online anywhere.

I should have both on the three DII's I'm currently parting out. The C pillar will be the trickiest as I just sold the last one I had already removed, yesterday. I'll PM you with the cost for the two items.
Cheers,
Paul

Well to be frank, I was in a heated arguement with ma wife and shoved the gear shifter into park pretty hard, snapping it off. I was wondering when someone was going to bring this up, LOL.

The 3 little bolts that hold the c-pillar in place behind the interior trim is a PITA to get too. They're buried recessed behind the metal shell. I just replaced my passenger side. make sure to have a Growler or two of fresh Brew at your disposal...Have fun!

Paul, received the part in the mail yesterday. Thanks a bunch for the quick shipping and I'll get the shifter replaced this week after it warms up into the 30's. The C pillar piece looks fairly simple to replace after removing the interior trim to get to the nuts. Thanks all for the help.
