Hey I was reading that the 4.0 engines are a buick 215 from 1961 to 2006. Is this true and if so can you get parts for a buick 215 instead of a LR disco I (cheaper) and are there any numbers associated with it?

They're based on the design, but Rover changed a lot of things. Buick never really got that engine to work. Check the entry on Wikipedia.
