Crower makes a few of cams(50229, 50230) that will work in a DII motor with some mods. They are not machined for the retaining plate. Some say you don't need it because the timing chain will hold it in place. See below for some other machining that needs to be done.

The front snout has to be machined off, drilled, tapped and new keyway machined at just under 90 deg to the left. In other words the Crower distributor cam has a keyway at 12:00 and the GEMS/Bosch cam is almost at 3:00.
D&D sells a kit with the cam already modified.

I have the Crower 50229 in my 95 Classic, when I was looking for cams I did find cams for the 4.6. Try looking under other names/ email the manufacturers/ companies.
Crane cams are also very good cams, almost got one for my rover. they can custom grind one for you. About $250 for my rover.
