A/C blower troubleshooting help...

Check the blower motor resistor. Too many wire colors...

From what I've read, the blowet would work on max if it were the resistor, and the max setting bypasses the resistor. It doesn't work on any setting.

I dont know anyone who successfully fixed the main sorce of the problem. For myself, the work around has been working for over a year now with no problems. You might have to go that rout if you or no one else finds a solution.

The passenger area fuse block is usually the problem and if so, you need to bypass it like I mentioned in the link I provided earlier, or get another fuse block. There is probably a cracked solder between connectors on the back and fuses on the front. Typically fuse hot side will read 12V but under load the crack cannot supply adequate amperage.
