Default A/C colder on driver side

My A/c blows colder on driver side than passenger. This is with both turned all the way down. I'm thinking the damper or whatever on the passenger side is not moving fully to cold? Anyone else have this issue?

Mine's always been colder (two degrees with an IR thermometer) on the passenger side.

Yes they are. they were plugged when I first got the rig. took a shower under there when I unplugged them. Lifted the carpet for a week while I was on vacation to dry things up. I serviced it today. It was a little low on Freon. It still feels a little warmer coming out of the 2 passenger vents. My side is nice and cold. my wife sits over there and usually complains about being cold so I think I'm ok.
