Then it hit 206F and stopped going up. This is with the HVAC on LO/LO, recirculate, and max blower. My stock Bosch 130amp Alternator was sitting at 13.5v as well with all efans on.
This is my exact same setup with Zerex G-05 coolant.
On the hottest day last week (35C/95F) and while sitting at a roundabout, I was cringing while watching my temps max out at 206 degrees on my iPod with UltraGauge Blue setup. I have an alarm set on my UltraGauge app to notify me when the temps rise above 205 and it did notify me.

@Discox7 Sorry for the delay, I finally remembered my temp gun today.

After a good long commute picking up the little guy. The A/C Compressor temp was 156 directly behind the Pulley, and 138 further back.

Ambient temp was 86, A/C set to 73 blowing cold, coolant temp hit 206 in heavy traffic, but was around 197 202 most of the way.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for getting back with me and that is definitely alot cooler than my compressor. Time for a new one. I’ll let you know if that has been my issue. Thanks again

I hope that solves it for you. Maybe have the system cleaned and checked for blockage If possible?

You can just swap the pulley, and bearing, but I would not think that would make the compressor hot.
