Try http://enginecodemaster.com

I put a lot of engine codes into it.

Just drive 80 or so miles with out a code and take it back into emissions.
That is all you do.

The good news is that I just passed CA smog today, 6ppm hc and 0% co at 2500 rpm. So it is possible, and with excellent numbers if the car is running right. Running 91 gas with a bottle of Techron in there.
