I have never used either, but if I were to I think I would go with one of the more light duty locktites, allowing you to remove them when needed.
Don't forget the sound deadening spray and a 3 pint brake flush/bleed.

I used anti seize. After having such a hard time getting the caliper bolts off, I figured the next time around would be alot easier. Then I just torqued everything down to spec.

At the most use the purple locktite with the proper torque setting. I broke a craftsman ratchet getting mine off the first time.

Mike, Do you need to bleed the brakes after you put on new calipers/rotors? Or is it just a good time to do it, as you should every 2 years...

(just curious as I bled the brakes 6 months ago, and recently replaced pads and rotors... )

If you put on new calipers you'll need to flush/bleed the system. If you change the rotors without introducing air into the brake lines you technically wouldn't need to bleed the brakes, but you may want to flush the fluid depending on when it was last done.

The shop manual calls for loctite 270, and that's what I've always used.
