Unhappy Camshaft Sensor Fault?

Hey all my nanocom has recently diagnosed my Disco 2 v8 with a Camshaft/Timing error Fault. It reads as follows

P1000 = Camshaft Sensor Fault/Valve
Timing Error Drive Cycle A
Occurred 1 Times
Signal Invalid
Fault is Currently Present

I have Changed the camshaft sensor but still the fault remains
Any help would be appreciated

After I finished an oil pump/head gasket job, I had a code saying the cam sensor was not functioning or no signal, I figured it was the sensor, but it turned out while I was pulling wires and loom back out of my way during the head gasket/oil pump job, I apparently pulled on the cam sensor loom plug wires too hard which resulted in one wire not making a connection to the cam sensor when plugged back in. I was able to push the one wire back into the plug, easy fix, but through me for a small loop.
