Be sure to clean off any WD-40 residue. You do not want that on your wheel studs and lugnuts. I understand using it to get them off, but be sure to remove it now.

The factory torque spec for the lugnuts is 103 lb. ft.

A little brake clean, carb cleaner, gasoline, even simple green, sprayed on the studs will be fine to clean it off. They don't need to be perfect just give em a squirt with a cleaner or even some simple green and call it good, a little won't hurt, a lot of lubrication however effects the tq values and with heat cycling can actually make them harder to remove. Only in extreme circumstances like a mud rig would I lubricate the studs.
