Have you done it with no alterations on mounts, wiring ?

 

simple answer is no. the 03-04 don't have the mounts at all. would not be easy to go post to pre facelift lights.

 

It can be but it's a pita. Need the side markers and grill. I found it easier to cut out the filler panel headlight sections from the 03 and graft them into the 99. Was easier than modding it in my opinion.

Eventually got headlight lense fade, took it all out and now have abs plastic plates with round LED headlights.
