Can I pass emissions with a "pending" code
So I have a couple of pending codes stored in my D2 ECM but all my systems test are "complete" and ready. I should be good to go if no SES light and readiness is complete...correct? The state is Ga if that matters

I swapped out my ecm/bcu ....getting a lean banks 1 and 2 code. Im thinking these set at startup be fore the ecm relearned fuel trim. But if I can pass with the pending I dont want to reset...I just need to get thru emissions and
then deal with the reset.
