I need to replace the black plastic cover that looks like it covers two pulleys. It is the one right behind the fan. Can anyone help me with what this thing is called? I've searched belt cover, pulley cover...to no avail.

It's a cowl of some sort but I don't know the exact name.

 

You can have mine. I never put it back on and I think it is still around with the bolts.

 

You do not need to replace it, it is a splash guard to keep the belt from throwing mud/water onto the underside of the hood and all over the engine.
Plus it makes things look "cleaner".
But it has no real function.
