Default Can you test on your DII?

If you put your key in the ignition of a DII, at position 0 or I, do either of the key fob buttons work to lock/unlock?

My ignition is messed up and thinks the key is in even after being removed, I now suspect this may be why my key FOB stopped working, need someone with another DII to confirm. Thanks!!

Yes, mine locks and unlocks with key in ignition. I know because my passenger rear door locks sticks sometimes and doesn't fully open so when I go to start the engine doesn't crank. That's when I press the unlock button on the fob with the key still in the ignition.

Have you tried resetting the alarm, lock and unlock the doors 3 times in a row and see if that makes any difference.
