Ok, so hypothetically speaking, how would you go about getting a convertible canvas top like that to seal so it didn't leak, or atleast leak minimally? Not that it matters *that* much since I could keep it in a garage, but I'd rather it be done relatively well.

THAT is BEAUTIFUL! Looks like it was done right too.

Salvage title doesn't mean anything in a car like this. With or without a salvage title, the car is worth a good amount. Idk about 30k but still worth something significant. Its all a matter of opinion really as this is not a financeable vehicle and its not meant for some average joe

this is what you do when a tree falls on your plan old disco, you buy the total disco back from the insurance company at salvage cost.
have a "some what" water prop top made for it and call it a $30k custom.
it's like hitting the lottery

Yes. All that kit came with the "Excursion" package from Jeep.

I should've done this when a tree fell on our Disco! Instead, we had the dents popped back out.
