Ok, so hypothetically speaking, how would you go about getting a convertible canvas top like that to seal so it didn't leak, or atleast leak minimally? Not that it matters *that* much since I could keep it in a garage, but I'd rather it be done relatively well.

Salvage title doesn't mean anything in a car like this. With or without a salvage title, the car is worth a good amount. Idk about 30k but still worth something significant. Its all a matter of opinion really as this is not a financeable vehicle and its not meant for some average joe
