cant fix a flashing engine code

Each coil does 2 cylinders from each bank.

well I have finally fixed the Rover. It made sense really. First I had a lean code and replaced the O2 sensor. Then i still had the check engine light flashing. All my misfires were coming from Bank 1. Well i thought Coil, but the coil doesn't works off of both coils to supply bank 1. So what just deals with Bank 1? the Catalytic Converter. I cut the old one off and all was better. I went to a muffler shop and got a replacement for $250. So basically if you have misfires on one bank go with the converter.
