Can't separate bellhousing
Is there a trick to this? AB video says "it usually pops off" with some yanking on the spreader bar... The RAVE doesn't give much info either.
I have the 4 torque converter bolts out, and all 12 bellhousing bolts. Engine mounts and exhaust manifolds are out of the truck. Ignoring any harness issues which might prevent me from getting the engine actually out (there aren't any), what am I missing about simply getting the bellhousing off the back of the engine? I tried prying through the small square access hole at the very bottom of the bellhousing but it just bent the screwdriver. If there another spot that's useful in helping to split the engine from the transmission?
