Bump>>> No lights on except the 3 amigos...

 

i have a similar problem with a 2001 disco II. Battery and alternator seem fine but the engine just will not crank sometimes. Idk why but it might be a wireing issue. A grounding wire is loose and if i wiggle that it sometimes starts

 

I have not had this problem since posting, it's been over 100 in NYC and I drover over 30 miles at a time. So probably not the CPS.

My bet is on a loose or bad ground, still over 90 out and have no shade to check.
