I知 hoping to replace my stereo for a more up to date one. Budget is a bit tight so any ideas on what to get. I知 looking to buy one from Amazon.

There's a crapload of threads on upgraded audio. Even an entire sub-forum about it. Pretty simple to find it all.

 

I'm going to "second" the Crutchfield suggestion, even if money is tight you can buy inexpensive stuff from them and the support is excellent. When I first got my Disco the radio was totally shot so I scooped up a cheap unit for $30 from Crutchfield, later on I upgraded to a $50 unit because I'm a big spender...

What features are you looking for in a new unit?

 

The easiest way to bring the Alpine (non-navigation) up-to-date is to add Grom Audio for bluetooth.

I had the Grom aux adapter but recently went to the Boss Audio BE7ACP since I was on a budget and wanted apple carplay and front/rear camera.
