Default Castor Correction for 2" Lift?

I'm going to be installing an OME lift kit (medium duty springs+shocks) in my disco 2 soon which should net out at 1.5-2" of lift from what I've read. At 2" of lift, will I also need to get castor corrected radius arms?

I've searched and read conflicting opinions with some saying you don't need them unless you're at 3"+ and others reporting sloppy handling after installing a 2" lift without correct rad arms.

I have no issues with stock castor arms and a 2 inch lift, one thing to consider is if the bushings are worn adding a 2 inch lift may put them over the edge. The you get sloppy handling.

I think 2" lift should have caster correction but you can get by without it. I can't recall the numbers I saw on the rack when I did my alignment last but the caster was very low (like 1-2* somewhere) which leads to a less stable steering feel esp at speed. Most get on fine with the extra input needed from this (myself included). Caster correction is on the list for me to do but I just haven't ordered the parts to do get them done yet. I'd recommend you do your lift and then decide if you can live with the extra input needed at all speeds. Remember that lifting not only changes the caster but also the wheelbase which confounds the change in caster angle.

I have a 3 inch lift with no castor correction and I don't find that I need it. It would probably be nice, but it's not strictly necessary.
