In the end it kind of works, but I would not recommend it at all. I had to pound and bend the bracket that holds to the nipple and then hack saw length off the arm cause it wouldn't fit. If i wanted something I would have to modify and bend I would have just got a D1 shifter. If I had it to do over again I would buy the ashcroft. I think i get all those polish jokes now.

I wonder what changed mine when in in like an hour and a half; like i said other than opening up one hole, it bolted right in.

I think they just went with cheaper suppliers or something cause yeah this looks like I could make it in shop class. Oh well, live and learn.

I like the one guy on this forum who jb welded a 3/4" socket onto the lock switch, then ran 2 extensions connected by a swivel ball ujoint drilled through up into the drivers compartment lol
