CDL/TC question

CDL/TC question
I am planning on upgrading my 02 with a CDL and I was wondering if the Traction control is disabled when the CDL is engaged. I think I heard something about the TC not working on vehicles equipped with the CDL and TC. I could be wrong though. I would think the TC and CDL together would be the next best thing to a Diff lock. I don't want to lose the TC when I engage the CDL, because without the TC your back to a regular 4x4 that will spin one front tire and one back tire when the terrain gets slick and muddy. That is one reason I love the TC, especially crossing ditches and rock crawling. Other people that try to follow me through ditches end up spinning one front and one back tire and I end up having to pull them out unless they have a locker. Also, what transfer cases will fit my 02 Disco II? I know of a couple rovers in a local salvage yard but they are not Disco II's. One is a 95 Range Rover locally the other is a 2001 Disco II but not sure if it has the lever for the CDL as it is almost 2 hrs away. I would be ecstatic if the Range Rover T/C would fit. Thanks for the help.

Unless someone has converted it, the '95 RRC will not have a CDL. The '01 may, as roughly the first half of '01(and all '99 & '00 D2's) had the cdl, but the shifter was not set up to engage it.
My '04 does not disable TC or HDC when the CDL is engaged
