Default CEL code 1313 a/c issue DiscoMike

Disco Mike I am the one having the problem with the a/c causing my CEL to come on with a 1313code.
So I called the guy you refered me to and he also found this problem very odd. He said that it is possible that when I turn the a/c on the idle control valve is not reacting correctly and thus causing the CEL to trip? What do you think? He then said I had better find a Land rover shop to diognose the problem. Do you know anyone in the ND area? I am guessing I will have to drive quite a long way to find someone.
Thanks

I agree with Frank, I think it is idle related, best bet going so far. I don't know any one out your way, Sorry.
Let me know what you find out.

disco mike, So I had an interesting development today and wanted to know if you think it could be related to my issue. Today when I started my discovery it the rpm when high and then it died. then I started it agian and it idled normal and then went high for a few seconds and then back to normal. This has never happened until today. Could this be a sign that this problem is related to my idle control vale?
